PLAQUE ENGRAVED WITH BIBLICAL BLESSING
TO PALESTINIAN PRESIDENT ABBAS |
On May
27, 2005 a delegation of anti-Zionist Orthodox
Rabbis met with new Palestinian President,
Mahamoud Abbas at the Ritz Carlton Hotel
in Washington , DC to present him with
a plaque engraved with a biblical blessing
from the Jewish community wishing that
he should be successful in his Presidency.
The position of the anti-Zionist Orthodox
Jewish community in regard to Palestine
seemed well accepted by the new president
and the delegation expressed great hopes
for future peaceful coexistence and the
ultimate peaceful dismantling of the state
of “ Israel ” and that ruler
ship over the entire Holy Land will be
restored to the Palestinian people.
