Jews Counter demonstrate Against FarraKhan's Accusers
Sunday Oct 9, 2005 on King’s
Highway, Brooklyn, NY |
Orthodox Jews counter-demonstrated at a rally held by a few individuals who publicly accused Minister Louis Farrakhan, the leader of the Nation of Islam, of anti-Semitism. Orthodox Jews who are familiar with him and his quotes clarified that his remarks were never against Jews as a whole, but rather against the actions of certain groups and individuals. Many of his verbal attacks were against the actions of the illegitimate Zionist state of "Israel". They stated that many of his statements where taken out of context. They also pointed out that such unfounded accusations only creates hate and mistrust. |
