Global March to Jerusalem in New York City - June 6
As part of the international Global March to Jerusalem (GMJ), anti-racism and peace activists are invited to gather at Ralph Bunche Park outside the United Nations in New York City (1st avenue between 42nd and 43rd streets) on Friday, June 6th from 12:00-2:00 pm to protest against the ongoing Israeli occupation of Jerusalem.
This peaceful worldwide protest coincides with the 47th anniversary of the Israeli occupation of the eastern part of Jerusalem and comes at a critical time when the occupation of our Holy City is becoming further entrenched on a daily basis, with the increased construction of new illegal settlements and restrictions on the mobility of Palestinian Christians and Muslims.
Please add your voice to this peaceful international movement to demand an end to the Israeli occupation of Jerusalem and all of Palestine.
